Estate Administration

Estate Administration – Pennsylvania law requires that a deceased person’s assets be collected and, after payment of all bills and inheritance taxes, distributed in accordance with his will or the intestate law if there is no will. Such tasks are performed by a personal representative who is either an executor named in the will or an administrator if there is no will. Cramer Law Office has assisted and advised hundreds of personal representatives in performing the legal duties required by the Pennsylvania Probate Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
